VIP Executive Picoas Hotel

The hotel is a little outside of the town center, but is well serviced by several nearby train stations (5-7 min walk). You can also take a Bolt for 5-6 euros tops to get to the center of town. There are a few excellent brunch, coffee, and restaurant places nearby, a big El Corte Ingles if you need something in a hurry (we had to buy umbrellas because we left ours at home!), and a couple of grocery stores to pick up breakfast, fresh fruits, or snacks. The hotel itself is super elegant, the staff friendly, and the rooms clean and spacious. The beds are fine (I've seen better and worse), there's a safe, plenty of space to store clothes and luggage, a small fridge (could be a little bigger), and a large bathtub.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met; their attentiveness and warmth truly set a new standard for hospitality. The location of the hotel was superb, perfectly situated to allow easy access to local attractions, dining, and entertainment, adding to the overall convenience of my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was the breakfast, which featured an impressive array of offerings that could only be described as culinary masterpieces. Each dish was crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients that not only tantalized the taste buds but also provided a delightful start to the day. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that great care was taken in maintaining a pristine environment, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The meticulous attention to detail in housekeeping practices ensured that every corner was spotless, making this establishment the cleanest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. It was an incredibly refreshing experience!

The location of the hotel was quite convenient. There were several charming cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance, approximately three minutes. I was also pleased to find a very modern and stylish fitness center nearby that offered one-day entry, located just a two-minute walk away. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Every day, it appeared as if I had just checked in, thanks to the thorough cleaning service. I believe leaving a small gratuity each day may have contributed to this excellent service. I made use of the coffee machine provided in the room. The coffee was of good quality. However, I noticed that only one caffeine capsule and one decaffeinated capsule were provided. It would have been ideal if two capsules of each type were provided. The air conditioning system functioned effectively and was both modern and quiet. I was also impressed by the spacious bathtub, which was large enough to accommodate even a person of my size. The view from my room on the sixth floor was quite pleasant, offering a cityscape with ample natural light. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. It offered all necessary amenities in the room. Our room had a bath and shower into one, so everyone could be happy. The staff was equally great and they provided us with help to make our short stay in Lissabon a pleasure. Conveniently, the hotel is located near 3 subway stations of which 2 were located in the street next to the hotel. Equally, the Eduarde Parc is located next to the closest subway (2 minutes by foot) and offers nice tranquility at the end of the day.

The location is good, close to a metro subway station. The staff are nice, willing to offer help, and knowledgeable, performed professionally. We enjoyed the 2 nearby restaurants (the Portuguese one for local people, and the authentic Chinese buffet restaurant) suggested by the front desk. The room is clean and tidiness, quiet and comfortable. It provides a great breakfast with high quality food, The serving staff are very friendly with smiling face, showing their welcoming attitude towards the customers. It was a nice experience residing in there.
